Sean Downey is the co-founder of Indelible Media and owner of SCD Consulting. He's a web developer and content marketing strategist who helped create brands like T3, boot, Maximum PC, and Real Woman. Sean is also a writer and editor whose work has been published in national magazines and websites such as Men's Health, Wired, and Yoga Journal. During his time at Runner's World, he managed the title to a National Magazine General Excellence nomination. These days he spends more time chasing after his two young sons than he does running marathons.
